A: On the 15th of each month the credit card on file will automatically be charged a flat $99 fee to use the PRICE BLD-R system plus $250 per community that you have in your account. If you have 6-15 communities, the monthly fee per community drops to $199. If you have 16 or more communities the monthly fee per community is only $149.

Q: I registered for PRICE BLD-R and put in my credit card number, what now?
A: We’ll send you a welcome email that will include a link to your PRICE BLD-R data portal, personalized login credentials and a link to our video tutorial library which will walk you through every step of uploading your content and using the PRICE BLD-R interactive new home pricing system.

Q: How do I display my PRICE BLD-R content on my website?
A: Within the price builder system is a unique URL link for each of your communities and each plan within that community. Just copy the URL link that you want to use on your website. Then, wherever you would like to give your shoppers the option to build & price your homes, use the copied URL as the click-through link from the “build & price” text or button on your site.
