PRICE BLD-R is the collaboration of new home marketing veterans Mark and Betsy Feldmann, Principals of First Story Marketing located in Centennial, Colorado along with John Russell and Eric Knopf, Founders of Webconnex, a leading software company based in Sacramento, California.

New homes are our passion. We believe that there isn’t anything better than a happy homeowner in a brand-new home. That’s why our work is solely focused on bridging the gap between builders and buyers in order to foster wonderful, lasting relationships.
